Frank Cirone, Director/Bible School PrincipalFrank graduated from Philadelphia Biblical University in 1989 prior to joining the staff at Ravencrest Chalet. He now serves as Acting Director and Principal of the Bible School. He is passionate about motivating students to a deeper knowledge of God's Word and personal spiritual growth. Frank spends time traveling and speaking at various conferences both in the United States and Overseas. |

Sarah Cron, CookSarah Cron left her home in Castlerock, CO to attend Ravencrest in 2005-2006; then returned in 2006-2007 for Leadership Training Course. After Bible School she volunteered as a cook at Torchbearer centers Tauernhoff (Austria) and His Hill (Texas) before returning to Ravencrest as staff in 2008. Sarah prepares excellent meals for our students and campers while seeking to enrich their spiritual diets through relationship. |

Clint Friesen, Maintenance ManagerClint was born and raised in Canada. In 1994-1995 he attended His Hill, the Torchbearers school in Texas. Following his time there, Clint went to Cedar Valley College where he earned his HVAC Certificate and afterward his HVAC Masters License. He was the HVAC supervisor for 5 years at the Wycliffe Bible Translators Center in Dallas, TX. Following Wycliffe he was the Maintenance Director at Camp Eagle in Rock Springs, TX. He then joined Torchbearers again and worked at His Hill in Texas from February 2005 to May 2006. From there he took the position as Maintenance Supervisor at Ravencrest Chalet from July 2006 to present. |

Drew Holmes, Assistant Summer Program Director – Student LifeDrew Holmes grew up in Oregon and graduated from Wheaton College in 2005. He worked at Timberline Lodge in Winter Park, Colorado for two years before coming to Ravencrest in 2007 as the Director of Student Life and Summer Programs Director. Drew enjoys teaching spiritual lessons through outdoor activities, as well as communicating Christ through the marketing materials that he produces for the Chalet. |

John Russ, MediaBefore coming to Ravencrest as a student in 1989, John Russ ran a facility for handicapped adults in North Carolina. After finishing his year of Bible School, John remained at Ravencrest as our Audio Ministry man. John cherishes the opportunities he has to be a part of God’s ministry in sending out books and messages that share the message of Christ in us! |

Erik Snyder, Business ManagerErik was born and raised in Toronto, Canada. He is responsible for the financial management and reporting for the Ridgehaus Project. Erik holds an Associates Degree in Business Management and has spent 6 years in the corporate world, holding various positions from Information Technology Consultant for Human Resources, Human Resources Consultant and Project Management for Online Communications for a utility company in Canada. After his time in the corporate world, Erik spent one year volunteering and attending the spring program at Capernwray Hall, the Torchbearers school in England. He then spent 6 months at the sister school Bodenseehof in Germany. After this time he moved to Colorado Springs, CO where he started a business building custom furniture for one year before coming to Ravencrest in October of 2007. |

Chris and Bonnie ThomasChris and Bonnie make their home here in Estes Park, Colorado and are the parents of three adult sons, and grandparents of two. Chris is the General Director of Torchbearers International, a ministry that has expanded to 26 centers in 20 countries around the world. Chris spends most of his time giving direction and vision to the worldwide ministry and as "pastor" to the staff. He and Bonnie both teach at Ravencrest where he was director for 23 years, and now serves as Senior Advisor and minister at large. They both travel in conference ministry here and abroad. |
