One of the most practical ways to support the ministry of Ravencrest Chalet is by partnering with us through prayer. We are grateful to you for lifting up our staff, students, programs and projects to the Lord.
Each summer several young people join the staff in serving our retreat guests. As summer interns they gain practical ministry experience as they lead outdoor activities, work in the kitchen and maintain the facilities. More importantly, interns have the opportunity to live as examples of Christ as they engage the many youth and adults who visit Ravencrest. Interns also receive four hours of Bible teaching each week.
Over the three-month program, all room and board, laundry, training in outdoor recreation and first aid certification is provided. However, we feel it is the spiritual growth, leadership training and service experience that make this program rewarding.

Ravencrest Chalet offers opportunities for people to serve for a year as volunteer staff. There are possible positions serving in the kitchen, on maintenance staff or working in student life. These positions are arranged with our Director and based on each individual’s interest and skills.

Donating financially is another way that you can support our ministry. Through your financial gifts you can choose to make general donations to be used wherever needed, or specific donations to support programs such as student scholarships or the building of the Ridgehaus.
